In our shop, we offer the following methods of delivery of orders:

• InPost Parcel Locker delivery (1–2 business days)
• Courier delivery (1–2 business days)

Free delivery from 399 PLN

The special offer “free delivery from 399 PLN” applies to delivery by courier (prepayment) or to selected pickup points. The offer does not apply to cash on delivery orders and/or orders that do not meet size requirements or include oversized products (e.g. elliptical trainers, treadmills, multi-gyms).

 

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are displayed for each product. When ordering multiple products, you pay the shipping cost only once.

Oversized order – how to define it?

An order is considered oversized when its dimensions or weight prevent standard courier delivery. This applies in particular to shipments where the weight exceeds 30 kg, as well as large and heavy products such as treadmills, elliptical trainers, multi-gyms and other large exercise equipment. For oversized orders, the delivery method, transport cost and delivery time may differ from standard conditions. Detailed information regarding the shipment of such an order is provided to the customer individually after the order is placed.

Shipping within 24 hours

All products available in the store are in stock and ready for shipment. This means that every order placed and paid for on business days is forwarded for processing within 24 hours. The store does not offer made-to-order products or products with extended delivery times. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and the delivery location. The information “shipping within 24 hours” refers to the time of dispatch and does not include transit time.
